My name is Sherrah Chester and I have been in the business for almost 4 years now but I stepped away from the corporate world working in Human Resources 2 years ago. That’s when I decided to step out on faith to pursue my own business and to do what I love for the rest of my life. It’s been the best decision I could have ever imagined.

Helping my King’s and Queens learn to love and take care of their hair by providing a professional environment where I can also provide an experience like non other. Providing tension free, pain free styling has become my mission. To show everyone that you can get your hair done without the great of pain for 1-2 weeks until the style can be enjoyed.

When I stepped away from the corporate world I took several courses to not only perfect my skill but to allow me to add more services to accommodate the need of my clients. I offer faux locs, twist styles, Loc maintenance & repairs and Loc extension installs.

Matchmyhands Hair Studio has created quality hair care products made with love, great intentions, and natural ingredients. Our oils and beauty products can be used for so many things such as: natural/permed/transitioning hair textures, locs, and body care. Lemongrass is the base of my natural products and this alone contains antibacterial, anti fungal, anti-inflammatory, & antioxidant properties. Lemongrass combined with my other ingredients will also help to stimulate hair growth along with its signature intoxicating smell.
